It's the latest finalized Skr3amy creation. An electro rock anthem with high voices and dark power energy. Violence. Dark but energizing at least.
I know that it's completely different from the rest. And I totally assume that.
I've been listening to a lot of electronic-mixed-with-rock music lately, like Late of the Pier (a GREAT band, you should check it).
With nice words from Alec Empire. Soundcloud is a good place to be.

I love Nine Inch Nails' song, "Hurt". I love the cover that Johnny Cash made the year before he died.
So I wanted to have my very own version... And here we are! I started it on Summer 2008... And still waiting for the final version!
It's very different from the original... We only recognize the lyrics and the choruses (because of the chords). I introduced the gimmick from the Joy Division song's chorus "Love Will Tear Us Apart" in the choruses.

We're listening to Skinsitive's answer machine, people leaving messages. Friends, ennemies, lovers. Real-life inspired characters. It was interesting doing this.

This track is the proof that the Internet can be mighty. I found Feather Drug on Myspace in summer 2007, and I totally fell in love with an instrumental track, I contacted him. And we made it in a week, through the Internet. Him in Bordeaux, I in Paris.
"Rainbowarriors" / CocoRosie cover

The first cover we ever made. Recorded it in Spring 2007.
We love CocoRosie, we love the fact that these two sisters are in a constant sound research. They use toy sounds, things related to childhood. It was a good challenge to have our version of "Rainbowarriors". Because that song talks about sad things, the loss of loved ones... Besides the music isn't sad at all.
We used familiar sounds who reminds us a loved one who passed away, very meaningful things. Things related to ourselves.
We recorded a mass at church. We went to record moving walkways I used to take every day. One of them was (and still is) very rythmic, like a metronome. Another one sounded like a dying whale. We recorded a school playground. The Tetris game over sound.
